Machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in a semi-polished machined surface, these emblems deliver crisp detail, lasting durability, and a premium upgrade over factory-style plastic trim.

Finish

Machined 6061-T6 Aluminum: A bright, semi-polished raw billet finish that highlights the machining and engraved flag artwork. The engraved areas may be paint-filled by the customer for additional contrast and customization.

Because this is raw machined aluminum, slight variations in machining marks and surface appearance are normal. The finish may be polished further or dulled for a more industrial look.

• Precision Laser-Cut 3M™ VHB Tape (+$7.50): Pre-cut automotive-grade adhesive tape provides clean, secure installation with no trimming required.

Installation

1. Remove any existing emblem and adhesive residue.
2. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry.
3. Test-fit each emblem and confirm the flag orientation before removing any adhesive liner.
4. Apply firm, even pressure across the emblem during installation.
5. Allow the adhesive to bond before washing the vehicle or exposing it to heavy moisture.

For best results, install on a clean, dry surface in moderate temperatures. Installation materials are included only when the 3M™ VHB tape option is selected.
